Description:
Phreaking refers to the culture of people who study, experiment with, and hack phone systems, and sometimes other types of telecommunications systems. One of the most famous phreaks ever is John Draper, aka Captain Crunch, who used to hack the US telephone system using a whistle that produced a 2600Hz tone that allowed him to reset the line and make free calls afterwards.
